Chelsea Modular Homes invites you to tour our facilities. We operate a magnificent, technologically advanced manufacturing facility about 60 miles north of New York City. Located in the beautiful Hudson Valley Region, surrounded by orchards and vineyards, we build custom modular homes that reflect the finest craftsmanship, care and attention to detail. Each professionally guided tour of the manufacturing plant takes about one hour and provides you with both an insight to the superiority of our modular construction and allows ample opportunity for any questions you may have. Be sure to leave time to visit our model center. We currently have three updated models on display.
