Fort Dupont Park, a 376-acre forested historical site named for the Civil War fort located within the park, offers visitors a plethora of educational and recreational activities to enjoy. In addition to touring the fort and participating in Civil War programs, visitors can take advantage of an indoor ice skating rink, a scenic hike and bike tour, picnicking along the majestic oak and maple trees, and special events.
