Our Nature Nut Says:

The Alagnak Wild River in Alaska is just that - a 67-mile wild river experience in one of the nation's most remote locales. The dazzling blue river lets visitors enjoy the best of both worlds - scenic and intense whitewater rafting options. Excellent sockeye and king salmon fishing abounds in the clear waters. Tourists, locals, and sport fishermen from all over Alaska and the rest of the country come to fish in the park. Large populations of brown bears, who are attracted to the salmon even more than humans, roam within the primitive park boundaries.
