You are spending your honeymoon (or twenty fifth wedding anniversary) on a romantic cruise through Alaska's Inner Passage, so why not keep the romantic vacation going and extend the trip north into the Alaskan wilderness. A good start is the Alaska Railroad. Recline and watch the Alaskan scenery go by and in a few hours you are at your destination - Anchorage, Denali or Fairbanks. If enjoying nature in one of the most majestic settings in the United States, while staying in rustic accommodations is romantic to you, then Alaska is the place for your vacation.
