Experience the whitewater of the Mendenhall River. Shoot the 6 miles of Class II-III rapids, exciting but not overly difficult. This section is located in southeast Alaska, at the north tip of Mendenhall Lake.
Practical Info: Rafting season is open approximately from May to September, with whitewater rafting trips that can be completed in a half day. The river is suitable for paddle rafts, and oar rafts. Portage may be required.
