Our Nature Nut Says:

This wild and beautiful preserve protects northwestern Alaska's Noatak River Basin. Noatak is considered to be the last remaining complete, unspoiled river system in the United States. Camping, hiking, rafting, and wildlife observation are popular activities in this extremely remote National Preserve. Wolves, birds, Dall sheep, bears, and vast numbers of caribou can be spotted by the keen eye at the right time of year. There are no roads or trails within the park which can be accessed only by boat, plane, or snowmobile.
