| Nahum Sharfman |
Nahum Sharfman is an entrepreneur with a strong record of successful Internet-related ventures. In 1998 Nahum founded Shopping.com which he brought to a successful IPO in 2004. Shopping.com was later acquired by eBay for $650 million. Before that, Nahum co-founded Commtouch and brought it to an IPO in 2000. Prior to starting his own ventures, Nahum spent 11 years with National Semiconductor in a variety of development and management roles. He holds a Ph.D. in High Energy Nuclear Physics from Carnegie Mellon University and M.S. and B.S. degrees in Physics from the Technion, the Israel Institute of Technology. Nahum and his wife Nava were killed in a plane crash on April 27, 2009. May his spirit live on in the entrepreneurs of Israel and all those who were fortunate enough to know him. |

| Jonathan Stern |
| Jonathan, a seasoned technology entrepreneur who founded Zoom Information Inc. and is its chief executive officer, is advising TripCart. The President of Israel awarded Stern a medal for technical achievements contributing to the security of the country. Stern earned both a master's and bachelor's degree in computer science from Technion in Haifa, Israel and graduated cum laude. |

She is experienced in on-site hotel operations, central reservations management, online corporate and leisure travel, and travel technology. Chris is based in Dallas, Texas. |
